Intel chipset's mounting instructions seemed to be a huge pain, having to put mounting brackets on the back of your mobo before installation, but I have only ever build AMD-based computers.

mid towers, and mini- atx not welcome(if you have the to remove the power supply before the board, no-go ), unless you tidy up the cables, the fins will make a mess of loose wires.

stock cooler at 3 ghz 44c idle - 48c load, max stable overclock was 3.2ghzzalman cooler at 3.5 ghz 33c idle - 40c load, 1.4 v cpu core voltage and can probably go higher with this cooler.
