[Until now I had never used liquid liner, I had always been way to paranoid to try it: but on the recommendation of a friend ( who is also named Kat ), I decided to try this liner.] It goes on easily, and with a steady hand creates gorgeous perfect lines.
The application is easy if you have a steady hand and its long lasting!

BUT this liner has definitely changed the way i wear my liner! it glides on very smoothly, dries quickly; which is a big deal for my chinky eyes, it doesn't smudge, and it doesn't give me raccoon eyes after 8 hours! the pen allows me to create defined lines or create a more dramatic look with thicker lines
